WLRV 1380 AM
In 1974, 1380 AM WLRV went on the air and been the community’s hometown radio station in Russell County, Virginia ever since. However, in June 2016, the station was taken off the air due to financial difficulties. Over the next year, God miraculously provided and directed the sale of WLRV to Spring City Baptist Church and Psalm 68 Eleven Media, LLC. The sale of the station constituted paying off the financial debts the previous owner could not pay and is a wonderful picture of Jesus Christ paying the sin debt of every man (a debt we could not pay), purchasing our pardon by shedding his precious blood on the cross of Calvary! As of May 2017, the station is back on the air, once again serving the Russell County community while broadcasting gospel music and uplifting programming as the place “Where Lives Receive Victory!"
